Expanded Access to Venetoclax

This is an expanded access program (EAP) for eligible participants. This program is designed to provide access to Venetoclax prior to approval by the local regulatory agency. Availability will depend on territory eligibility. Participating sites will be added as they apply for and are approved for the EAP. A medical doctor must decide whether the potential benefit outweighs the risk of receiving an investigational therapy based on the individual patient's medical history and program eligibility criteria.

An Efficacy Study Comparing Oral Ixazomib/Dexamethasone and Oral Pomalidomide/Dexamethasone in Relapsed and/or Refractory Multiple Myeloma

The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of ixazomib+dexamethasone (ixa+dex) versus pomalidomide+dexamethasone (pom+dex) on progression-free survival (PFS) in participants with relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) who have received at least 2 prior lines of therapy, including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor, and are refractory to lenalidomide but not refractory to proteasome inhibitors.

Carfilzomib-Revlimid-Dexamethasone-Elotuzumab in Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma

This study will look at how subjects with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma respond to a combination treatment with the following drugs: elotuzumab, carfilzomib, lenalidomide and dexamethasone. The combination of these four drugs is not FDA approved and is experimental.

Efficacy and Safety Study of bb2121 in Subjects With Relapsed and Refractory Multiple Myeloma (KarMMa)

This is an open label, single-arm, multicenter, Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of bb2121 in subjects with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma. A leukapheresis procedure will be performed to manufacture bb2121 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) modified T cells. Prior to bb2121 infusion subjects will receive lymphodepleting therapy with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide.

A Phase II Trial of Oncolytic Virotherapy by Systemic Administration of Edmonston Strain of Measles Virus

A Study to Investigate the Safety, Tolerability, Efficacy, Pharmacokinetics, and Immunogenicity of TAK-573 in Participants With Refractory Multiple Myeloma

The purpose of this Phase 1 portion of the study is to determine the safety and tolerability of TAK-573 monotherapy in participants with refractory multiple myeloma (MM) and Phase 2a portion of the study is to provide a preliminary evaluation of the clinical activity of TAK-573 monotherapy in participants with refractory MM.

Safety and Tolerability of BION-1301 in Adults With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma (MM)

This is a Phase 1/2 study designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BION-1301 in adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma whose disease has progressed after 3 or more prior systemic therapies.

Idasanutlin, Ixazomib Citrate, and Dexamethasone in Treating Patients With Relapsed Multiple Myeloma

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of idasanutlin and ixazomib citrate when given together with dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has returned after a period of improvement.

Phase I Trial of BAY1251152 for Advanced Blood Cancers

The purpose of this study is to identify the most appropriate dose that can be safely administered and that can have an effect on blood cancer cells. Once that safe dose is identified, additional patients will be asked to join the study to further evaluate the safety and effectiveness BAY1251152.

A Study Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of KITE-585 in Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma

To evaluate the safety and tolerability of KITE-585, an autologous engineered CAR T-cell product targeting a protein commonly found on myeloma cells called BCMA. Patients will be given a 3 day course of chemotherapy followed by a single infusion of KITE-585.
